WSCAD provides complete Electrical CAD solution in one software including: Electrical Engineering, Cabinet Engineering, Electrical Installation, Fluid Engineering, Piping and Instrumentation, Building Automation.

I handle all queries coming in for information, quotes, renewals and communications with the head office. Provide technical support to customer during installation , upgrades and software breakdowns. Conduct online training and teach customers how to use the software effectively and save time.

Apart from these, I have made changes to accounting software Sage 100 to import item data/orders faster. Created custom Excel Add-in with bunch of VBA programs to make day to day time-consuming tasks about 100 times faster. This saves valuable time of high-salaried management level employees and also save them from frustration of doing tedious reparative work.
